Organic Light-Emitting Device has been emphasized and regarded as the technology which is one of the most best technology for large-scale displayer for its many advantages, such as low-voltage driving, low power dissipation, wide visual angle, thin and light-weight. Many famous corporations in the world have involved in OLED display technology, such as Kodak, Pioneer Corporation, Philips and so on. Although many achievements have been acquired in OLED structure material, production technology, driving methods, OLED technology is just at the beginning and it will be one of the most important displaying technology in three or five years. OLED has given an equal chance for every company and country, and it is very important for our country to develop displaying technology of our own.Much work of this paper has been done in AM-OLED technology, mainly focusing on AM-OLED pixel circuit structure design and parameters assurance, AC-driving pixel circuit design and applying, pixel protection circuit design and parameters assurance, integrated peripheral driving circuit design and applying, and simulation work on this design using AIM-SPICE. The main work and content are sum up as follows:The dissertation consists of seven chapters.In chapter 1, it briefly introduces history and present research situation of OLED, our progress information on OLED technology, and it has show brilliant future of OLED. Research content and principal work have been proposed by comparing PM-OLED and AM-OLED driving method.In chapter 2, we introduce Level16-PSIA2 model and its characters of thin-film transistor which is main component of driving circuit. All is primary for following chapters. Research work which is needed has been focused on TFT output character, kink effect and break-down character.In chapter 3, much research work has been carried on AM-OLED pixel driving circuit. It analysis is mainly on two-TFT voltage-driving pixel circuit and four-TFT current-driving pixel circuit, precise parameter assurance according to the need of display and simulation work using equivalent OLED model.In chapter 4, AC-driving pixel driving circuit has been focused, three ac-driving methods which is reverse-biased capacitance, discharging path and pulse power have been demonstrated based on two-TFT voltage-driving pixel circuit, ac-driving method has been achieved in four-TFT current-driving pixel circuit by changing circuit structure, and at last simulation work has been carried out. It is very important for lengthening OLED lifetime and design of reasonable pixel driving circuit. In chapter 5, pixel protection circuit has been demonstrated. We have design the structure of pixel circuit and chosen circuit parameter precisely to limit the parasitic effect on the analysis of "clock feed-through" and "data feed-through".In chapter 6, we have done some work on large-scale integrated OLED display technology. Row and line electrode driving circuit, including shifter register, data register, DAC and Block circuits have been designed using TFT and much simulation work has been done also. We have simply explained time-delay effect in large-scale displayer and given the resolution according to the its reason.In chapter 7, a brief summation is set out, the following research direction and future work are proposed.We have carefully collected and cleaned up a lot of information and literatures, given much explain on TFT, preparing for future research work. The main contribution of this dissertation is listed as follows:1. Precisely parameter assurance of pixel driving circuit and simulation work, which is important for improving pixel circuit structure reasonably.2. Three different ac-driving methods have been demonstrated, and we have changed relevant circuit to apply these methods.3. Much analysis on parasitic elements. And "data feed-through" parasitic effect is found. We have decided circuit parameters and circuit structure to limit the effect of parameter elements on display array.4. Much research work has be...
