Telphone Network Mis And Auto-Distributing

The problem bases on a practicality project. A plan is introduced in this paper for telephone network MIS and auto-distributing. This plan provide a new way to manage information of telephone network distribution not based on GIS technology.At first, the paper discusses definition, structure and management of telephone net work and relation datebase system. At the same time it introduces principle and method of info coding.It uses the thought of Object Oriented to design telephone network distribution info database, and set up the application system in three-layer structure. Refering to GIS info coding, the paper present the telephone network coding. The flow of auto-distrbuting is emphasized in the paper. The client programs are developed with Delphi 7.0. At last, the paper compares the difference between two-layer and three-layer DB application-pattern.
