As the most optimum way to resolve software crisis, software reuse technology has got the general attention. It is estimated that by the 2003 seventy percent of the new application program will be construed by building components. Most of them, for example software component and application program structure, quicken the product development rate and improve the ability to meet the company's adapting.Software reuse based on software component is the main form of product reuse. Software component technology is the focus in the field of reuse study and is considered to be the key factor to fulfill software reuse. At the same time, with the appearance of object- oriented technology, it has provided the technology support for the fulfillment of the software component. At the past we adopted the structure analysis to develop software system, so most of the unsuccessful cases can not satisfy the client's actual need because of the long period. But the development technology based on the component can construct a new application rapidly by reusing the component available or developing a little new components as the computer hardware engineers constructing a new computer with the IC. Software component technology has been main stream of the actual software development technology.At the moment, the single chip micyoco system has not satisfied the user in many fields because we have more strict demands on the characters in real time, computing precise and data operation rate of the measure control system. DSP has replaced the single chip micyoco system becoming the hotspot technology because of its high operation rate and precision.This paper describes that the FCS has been partitioned into four grades 15 serials modules designed aiming at software reuse according to the software component technology. The hardware development flat is the TMS320F2812 of the TI which is the chip with the most excellent performance in the digital control field by now. On this flat I design and develop the basic controlmodule, integer operation module, accumulate operation module, temperature check in proper order module and monitor sub system module following the software component technology principle.The updated SHCAN2000 system has passed debugging and will be used in the new project. It is proved by the test to be feasible, reliable and universal. This i s t he p rofitable e xperiment tod evelop t he s oftware component i n t he embedded high real time operation system.
