The support for the internet network in Embedde System will extend ES into the wider domain. PKI System that use smart card to recognize the identity or realize digital signature, the POS end of smart card for payment and etc, will be applied all in Embedde System. So,the research on the applications of smart card or design method in Embedde System will be of important significance.At present, the usual method to use smart card in Embedde System is that the application directly read-write smart card. As this,developer must master the details how smart card works, which is inefficient.In the paper,on the base of mastering international advanced technology,! have designed an interoperable system structure, in which Embedded Linux system can interoperate with smart card. That structure provides the interoperable fuctions,for example:shieldmg the difference in smart card and interface devices, sharing the smart card resource.Linux will be the leading EOS in Embedde System, which differ with Windows that is the leading OS on PC. Because PKCS#11 is independent of platform, the interoperable system structure that I construct adopts PC/SC on the underlayer and PKCS#11 on the upper layer. In the paper,! have researched on the application method that combined two interoperable standards. I research mainly on the principle how PG/SC Resource Manager work and PKCS#11 realizing mechanism based on Resource Manager on the Embedde Linux Platform.Finally, I give an example of using RF card to recognizing identity to describe the application-empowering progress and method how correlative components are empoldered.
