As the era of progress and the development of wireless communication technology, the traditional measuring system using cable communication already cannot satisfy the requirement in many special work occasions. In industrial control site, there are plenty of decentralized systems and equipments which are always moving. It is quite difficult to design the wires connection for such systems because of the sensors' decentralization and motility. So we should transfer data via wireless communication.Through analysis of the Wireless communications technology's background and the status quo, we presents a follow-up measurement system based on Bluetooth technology which is energy-saving, no connection angle limiting and transmitting fast. Through analysis of the protocol of Bluetooth and HCI, this paper presents the overall scheme of Hardware and software.we choose BC4_Blue2.0 which is produced by Quan xin compony ot be the Wireless transmission module and the MCU named STC90C58AD which is produced by Hong jing compony to be core of data acquisition module.Then we build hardware platform and design a Serie of circuit. Transfer data wirelessly from Bluetooth module to Bluetooth adapter which plugged in PC. Write the driver program of data acquisition module and Serial communication program by C language in Uvsion Keil environment. And then monitor the data and control parameters on PC interface wrote by Visual C++6.0.In this case, this paper presents a follow-up measurement scheme based on Bluetooth technology to transfer data via wireless communication.A high precision digital temperature and humidity sensors named SHT11 and an analogue pressure transmitter called DG1300-PJ are chosen to test the system and realizing the maximum function.The equipment performance log indicates that the system developed by this article could work steadily and continuously, has realized each kind of function which the systemr should have, has achieved the estimate requirements performance index.It can transfer the data which is hard to get by wires via wireless communication to PC interface and save it in the database,achieving Real-time monitoring.It presents a new solutions for Real-time monitoring of the data in Complex industrial environment.
