With the swift development of Internet, there is i. high demand of accessing Internet when people are wandering all around the world. We meet a serious problem how to visist the resources in Home Network with a rapid and securit/ way for clerical work force outside. This thesis regards Mobile IP supporting technology as the foundation, through simplifying and expanding with Mobile IP that IETF puts forward, put forward one convenience, safe movement handle official business solution.This thesis has introduced basic conception of iroving IP technology and working course;Have discussed the question of QoS under Mobile I? environment; Introduce relevant securitytechnology, study how does Mobile Node register and reply messages pass through Internet safely, and make use of authentication mechanism among every node to guarantee the integrality of messages and identity verification; Tunnel technology, route and special ARP etc. technology in Mobile IP carry on detailed analysis. On the basis of the above technical research, this pape has put forward the design framework model of simplified Mobile IP supporting technology, and analysis working detail in each stages of Mobile Node and Mobile Agent; Build IPSec VPN among Mobile Agents through expednding function of IPSec module; When Home Network and Foreign Network have VPN at the relation, the thesis put forward one optimization route way between Mobile Node and Correspondent Node in the Foreign Network, which can prevent the encapsulation dealing and avoid to pass through perilous Internet. Mobile IP supporting environment realizes according to this model, can already offer the Mobile Node movement to support, can also set up IPSec VPN between special network, Offer the connecting way to safely visit network resources with a convenience way for user finally.
