With the development of electric power technology and computer simulation, system training for operators in power station more and more depends on corresponding training simulation system and main reasons are: 1) modern power stations adopt DCS control system generally and the level of automatization in operation increases, so that request for operators is stricter; 2) difference of electric system load between peak and valley value increase, units have to involve in load adjustment, and operation is frequent; 3)electric system requires units more dependable. In the fast development of control technology and equipment, some advanced control strategies are adopted widely in process control, such as predictive control, self-adaptive control, intelligence control and expert system. Control level in modern large power stations has take place great changes, so simulators have to develop with these advanced control technology and refresh and modify corresponding control system to meet the request of training.Based on analyzing the development of the simulation training equipment and DCS control system and considering the development of 200MW full simulator of our university, this paper cover following aspects:1) Analyzing the hardware and software configuration of the simulator and its function particularly;2) Analyzing the control strategy adopted by main control systems of object unit;3) Analyzing the advanced control strategy adopted by current unit and obtaining control strategy required by reformation of the simulator control system;4) Implementing all control strategy on configuration software of simulator control system and testing main control system performance through simulator.
