Design And Implementation Of Information Management System On Southwest Aluminium Corporation Ltd.

Due to the influence of economic globalisation and rapid development of internet technology,enterprises regard information building as key means improving their core competences. In order to adapt the more and more complicate and severe market competition, Southwest Aluminium (Group) Corporation Ltd (hereinafter referred as SWA), the largest aluminium fabrication base in China, pay more attention on market research and development and pursue consolidation of commodity flow, cash flow as well as information flow. The soft system, which covers enterprise management and information, is regarded as the first choice by SWA to improve enterprise management and information exchange. This paper just covers this major challenge and corresponding resolving replies.
