The full-bridge converter, which operates in the manner of Phase-Shifting PWM ZVS, is designed based on the theoretical analysis, the circuit simulation, the experiments of the circuit, and the optimization of the main parameters. The controlling circuit of the full-bridge converter is designed with the integrated controller chip UC3875 as the core. Zero-Voltage Switching on and approximate Zero-Voltage Switching off of the power devices are realized. High frequency switching rectifier module (48V/25A) is developed with high efficiency (93%), high precision of voltage stability(±0.5%), high reliability and low EMI.Using microprocessor 8031 (MCS-51) as the core of the circuit, the monitoring module for power supply is developed. And the detecting and controlling program is composed in the assembler language. The real-time detect, the control and the display of the voltage parameters and the current parameters are realized for the AC distribution modules, the DC distribution modules and the rectifier modules. And the trouble protect and the emergency report are realized. So it is guaranteed that the power supply is safe and reliable.Using the Ethernet interface chip RTL8019 and the TCP/IP protocol stack chip E5122, the embedded Internet interface module is designed. And the client API function and the communication software are composed in C51 language. Furthermore, the patrol detect, the management and the communication software for the remote office terminal of higher level is composed, adopting visual language VC++ 6.0 and data base technology ODBC. The remote concentration monitoring is realized through Internet. The technological preparation is also provided for the developing image remote centralization monitoring in the future.On the basis of the above work, a novel high frequency switching power supply (AC, DC distribution modules, rectifier modules and monitoring module put in only one framework) is developed. The application is popularized in the telecommunication system of Henan province. The operation is well. And good economic and social benefits are made.
