The Study On System Solution Of Manufacturing ERP Implementation For Construction Equipment Plant

According to Information Technology's development of these years, enterprise is going to step up information modernization. ERP, an advanced management idea and tool, becomes most important way to improve enterprise management ability and competence. Especially to kernel manufacturer, ERP is more urgent. This thesis investigates problems relating to ERP implementation in manufacture from viewpoint of system analysis. ERP's development roadmap, corresponding theory and base concepts are introduced at the beginning part of this thesis. Then, it highlights on problems analysis in ERP implementation to manufacture, clarifies manufacturing types and characteristics' infection to ERP implementation. Also according to middle-scale or small-scale manufacturers' status in China, it bring forward ERP implementation's objective and 3 steps plan. Then from system analysis's viewpoint, it brings forward system solution based on Record Drive Model to ERP's logistic management system, clearly elucidating the solution's base idea, characteristics and advantages. After investigation on manufacture's plan-making-theory, it bring forward a plan-making-method based on multiple rechange, which is a way to manufacturer's plan making, to ERP's plan-making-system, clearly elucidating the base theory, design and optimization.
