In recent years,the rapid development of the economy has driven the improvement of people's living standards and spawned enterprises such as e-commerce and logistics and distribution,but some parts of the entire logistics operation process have not been fully developed.Logistics in a broad sense refers to transportation and storage,while distribution mainly refers to distribution and delivery.So this article focuses on the two stages of sorting and transportation in the distribution process,research methods and design systems to reduce the cost of the two stages.This article optimize the storage sorting decision in the distribution stage,and optimize the waybill scheduling decision in transportation.These methods are proposed to optimize the process,and a smart logistics distribution decision system is designed.The specific work of the thesis is as follows:In view of the cost problem in the process of warehousing sorting,this paper studies the main carrier of warehousing sorting-AGV.First,formulate corresponding operation rules to solve the congestion problem that may occur in parallel with multiple AGVs.Secondly,according to the real-time sorting operation status,an improved D * algorithm is applied to warehouse sorting.For the cost problem in the process of transportation and delivery,most of the research only stays on the simple path optimization,and the lack of consideration in the overall process of smart logistics.For this problem,this article makes overall planning decisions from the waybill level.The main research is to reduce the variable cost in the delivery process.First of all,we need to select the appropriate location and quantity of the site.Second,introduce a variety of constraints to make the model fit the reality.The genetic algorithm and the improved local search algorithm are used for comparative analysis.Finally,the improved local search algorithm with better effect is used to dispatch the waybill.Combining the two decision-making methods proposed above,this paper designs a set of intelligent logistics distribution decision-making system.The system takes B / S structure as the overall architecture,adopts Spring-Boot development structure technology in Java Web development and front-end Layui framework to realize the functions of warehousing sorting and waybill scheduling,and meets the needs of transfer and transportation in the distribution process.And through functional testing and performance testing,the warehousing sorting andwaybill dispatching modules operate effectively,and other modules also achieve the corresponding effects,realizing the various functions of the expected design.For the smart logistics distribution process,this article combines two decision-making methods with software systems,and the optimized plan is obtained based on the distribution data,which greatly reduces the cost in the logistics distribution process and improves the efficiency of the entire logistics process.
