With the flourishing development of information technology, advanced manufacturing technology and management method, companies who implement Total Quality Management (TQM) meet new challenges; especially, process quality management has been to be the core part of that step by step, all the technology and methods involved are focused more an more. So this dissertation is titles as "Study on process quality management and its support software system", discusses the background of process quality management, framework for its implementation, steps, whole technology, R&D for support software system and the application of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).There are six chapters in this dissertation.Chapter one starts from the new development and challenge of TQM, illustrates the background and necessary of process quality management. After the analysis of related modeling theories and tools, indicates the gap between process quality management and that. Then, indicates the research meaning, purpose and main content of this dissertation.Chapter two analyzes PDCA (Plan-Do-Control-Action), DMAIC (Define-Measurement-Analysis-Improve-Control) process quality management structured method firstly, indicates their new development. At the mean time, introduces GQM (Goal-Question-Metric) software measurement method, extends it and forms a new process quality management structured method: GQMM (Goal-Question-Metric Method). Then compares the three methods, puts forward synthesized process quality management system framework and implementation steps.The general framework model and its construction for the support software system of process quality management are introduced firstly in chapter three. Then illustrates the process description, the hierarchy and property settlement of the model. Emphasizes on the order, resource and product information of the process quality model and indicates their main components and application method. Lastly, makes a brief introduction of the running method and process quality evaluation combined commonness and individuality.Chapter four expounds the R&D of the PMTQM system. Refers to software engineering, uses use case analysis to do requirement design; then does general design and system divination. Develops the function of PVSS sub-system from variant, main classes, arithmetic, storage, data model and data interface aspects detailedly based on Object-Oriented method.The application of APQP is the topic of chapter five. After indicates that APQP plays a important role in ISO/TS16949 technology specification, illustrates its structure and key inputs/outputs, presents some formatted table of that. Then, spreads out APQP process follow by process quality management method mentioned in this dissertation. Lastly, applies them in the design phase for 608-2Z(W) minitype bearing through PMTQM software prototype.Finally, chapter six makes a conclusion of the whole dissertation and puts forward the future research in this field.
