At this information age, various scientific instruments like analysis, test, etc. is the source of information detecting, which is the important tool that the mankind studies the world. With the fast development of electronic technology, computer technology, combining the software and hardware, network technology expedites the emergence of the equipment of new generation, such as the virtual instrument and network instrument, etc. In allusion to the developing platform of these resources, software and distributed component technology become keys, U.S.A. NI Company has put forward the concept that" The software is the instrument". The research and development level of the scientific instrument of our country has very great disparity compared with foreign countries. Large-scale scientific instrument depends on importation mainly. We import scientific instruments which count for several hundred millions yuan every year. The virtual instrument is the instrument which adds the corresponding software and hardware to the general computer, replacing the traditional scientific instrument. This kind of instrument has the merits of construct flexible, short develops cycle, maintaining easily, expanding conveniently, and abundant software resources, which is the mainstream of the scientific instrument developing, which is an important application of the information technology too. The research of the virtual instrument software is an interdisciplinary new field, and has already become the important direction and front of development of all kinds of scientific instruments. A lot of developed countries have already regarded modern scientific instrument as the source and foundation of information-intensive society which is included in the strategic emphasis of development in future. LabScene is a Platform of Develop local virtual intrument .It is based ont the software to inplace the hardware in real .We develop the basice platform by C++ and API,according to the specialty of the Develop Platform,we provide a whole resolvent.In the IDE of LabScene,There are many fuction nodes which can used in design,plenty of front control and back control.and that enhanced the IDE.LabScene can be expand easily,because we design a perfect resolvent of expand method.Because the software platform is a development item of large-scale basic nature , it is very important that the project is made up and developed .We adopt UML modeling in the whole system, and draw the merit of the management mode of CMM, making the development of the whole system have rigorous quality of science and expanded constantly perfectly again. To make a system to achieve its predetermined purpose, and have competitive, it is a prerequisite to invest, but it is a key that we can offer a set of intact solutions to a certain problem by oneself. We strive to offer the products in software, offer the simply and reliable solution in network configuration, at the same time, in hardware, we should make the products of one's own standard quality too. In this way, LabScene could become a real and distributed instrument software developing platform.
