With the development of digital video information technology, it is used in all work a life. This paper discusses the designing and realizing a video projector-window based on TMS320DM270.Firstly, it analyzes the hardware characteristic of the chip TMS320DM270 which is dual-core (ARM+DSP) architecture and has various peripherals. Secondly, the scheme that a video projector-window is based on the chip is put forward , then the hardware platform of the system is realized. Thirdly, the paper gives the schemes of every part and partial software, and the application of a video projector-window in meetings, education, advertising design , exhibit and etc. TMS320DM270 is a high speed integrated circuit with 288 pins and its package is BallGrid Array , so interference immunity of system should be much considered in designing printed circuit block . Finally , some software and hardware measure are adopted to enhance the system stability. At last, the shortcomings and the something to be improved are given.In fact, in order to enhance the reliability and stability of the device, many measures are taken on when designing software and designing hardware .The following methods are used: the reset with low voltage , watchdog circuit ,many filters , PCB with many layers , using super small-outline package, power with digital +5V, 3. 3V, 2. 5V, 1. 8V and analogue 5V, -7. 5V , and etc . In addition , for the purpose of avoiding errors , many measures have been used such as program design, module plan , systemanalysising and etc . According to the needs of software with systematism and dependability .
