The Applied Research Of Mobile Agent Technology In Data Collecting System Of The Network Management

The complexity and heterogeneity of computer networks requires the intelligent, automatic and efficient network management capability. This dissertation firstly analyzes the research state of the network management technology and mobile agent technology, and the deficiency of current network management system in performance and efficiency. Then, based on discussing the advantages of mobile agent, I bring forword a distributed network management system model based on mobile agent. Then this dissertation designs collectivity and realizes details of model, the emphases is how mobile agent implement network management functions instead of conventional manager, for example data collecting, in the local of managed resource.
