With the rapid development of Radio Frequency technology in communication fields, Radio Frequency engineers are needed urgently. In order to bring up Radio Frequency engineer and improve manipulation skills of the students, the Microwave and Radio Frequency teaching equipment is needed urgently. Aiming at this problem, Wuhan University of technology association with Hubei Zhongyou Technology Co. Ltd designed and developed the Radio Frequency Training System.At present, the Radio Frequency Training System is exclusive Microwave and Radio Frequency teaching equipment at home. Besides, the advantages of low developing and maintenance expense of the Microwave and Radio Frequency equipments, strong reuse property, low price as well agility, it used the idea of the network analyzer errors calibration for reference and adopted the two ports vector error calibration, which not only remove system measurement errors and guarantee measurement precision, but also economize cost and improve the ratio of character and price. At the same time, from the method of specific realization, we used the software of Advanced Design System (ADS) V2002 for the Agilent company to design and emulate the Radio Frequency circuits. It can greatly reduce the difficulty of debugging the Radio Frequency circuits. The points mentioned above are all the innovations of this subject.In order to bring up Radio Frequency engineers and fill the Microwave and Radio Frequency teaching equipment vacancy, we developed the Radio Frequency Training System based on the principle of network analyzer. The technique characteristics of the Radio Frequency Training System and seventeen Radio Frequency modules were presented in this paper, then specific scheme of it was analyzed. The designs and realizations of the representative Radio Frequency modules, such as power attenuator, directional coupler, filter, small signal amplifier and oscillator, were emphasized. At the same time, the sources and effects of system errors were analyzed. Based on the two ports vector error calibration of the network analyzer, the optimum scheme of removing system errors was decided and the program flow charts of it were presented. The error scheme was proved rationality and validity by the theory analysis and experiment measurement comparisons.
