Design And Achievement For Auto Winding Machine

The dissertation introduces you a kind of intellectualized machine, which can be used to those precise winding for some loops of different standard such as inductance loop, mutual inductance apparatus, round transformer etc. The design and study involved the application field of singlechip, the use of electromotor, the check of infrared and Hall's apparatus , the mutual talking interface of LCD display and keyboard control.It takes much space to expatiates the strong function of the sixteen-bits singlechip which control the winding machine to the whole running. There is a deeper study for the two electromotors'(AC main electromotor and step motor) using and driving circuit for actual winding,.I also expatiated the detect of those signals. The control program which has been compiled and simulated to debug is listed in the end of the dissertation. Whereas the real reason, the whole completed winding machine hasn't been made to my eyes, so I couldn't make the whole debug.
