The task is the network communications of the modularized inverters. It is a subtask of control and topology of a new high-frequency and minitype power, imbursed by natural science fund(50237020) and very practical. At present, CAN(controller area net) is often used for the communication criterion of the distributed Inverters' controller. It is initially designed for the monitor and the controller of cars by Bosch in Germany. It has the perfect detection mode and can guarantee real-time, so it can be applied to many fields such as mechanical control and building automation, etc.This task firstly studies the realization of CAN bus that uses the twisted- pair as the communication intermedium. The design can realize the correspon- ding function for the distributed Inverters' controller. It has researched the interface of bus and all kinds of microcontrollers, designed the circuit, constru- cted the debugging condition and devised the protocol of application layer based on the controlling algorithm offering API(Application Programming Interface) for the controlling algorithm. Afterward, this paper studies the pow- erline communication technology based on finished testing net of CAN bus and analyzes the disturbance of high and low frequency circumfluence on pow- erline for communication signals. The powerline modem takes DSPLF2407A as a core, takes powerline as an intermedium and accords with the criterion of physical layer of CAN bus. Because the powerline is a complicated medium, selecting appropriate modulation means is a pivotal question in order to guara- ntee the quality of signals. OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexi- ng) is an effective method to realize the low voltage powerline communication because it has the ability of anti-interference and high-usage of the frequency range. So OFDM is the first choice of this task for the modem.
