Research And Application Of Field Bus Technology

In the industry control systems, the appearance of each new generation is the scheme accounting for the shortcomings of the old generations. So field bus and field bus control system are not the exception. At the present time domestic and overseas manufacturers invest much time and energy in the research of field bus, and apply field bus technology to the scopes of heating and water supply.Nowadays the categories of field bus are various, but this paper only discusses CAN Bus and 1-Wire Bus, which is because of its appropriate scale and low cost. So both of the buses are fit for field bus measure and control system. The paper mainly discusses the research of the two field bus technologies, and the application in the central station's monitoring control system of the heating system. In the concrete design and realization, the core of the application of CAN network is how to choose or constitute a protocol to the application layer of CAN. On the other hand, the design of the software is complex, and it needs strictly correct timing diagram, which is because of the brief application of the hardware of 1-Wire bus network.
