Design Of The Administrative System Of Highway Transport

Directed at the present characteristics of the highway transport administrative organizations of transportation bureau, and based on full understanding of its service nature and procedure demands, applying the designing idea of .NET of Microsoft, this project develops an integrated network operation system with the functions necessary for automobile transport management including mobile communication,data conversion,inquiry of cargo,hearing and accepting case through network,data survey and inquiry of customers et.. It has completely changed the traditional management idea,manner and organization structures of highway transport administration , so the effectiveness was improved greatly.This system was developed according to the technology of the 3-level structure of B/S pattern, which has the advantages both of B/S and of three-level structure. On the newest development platform .NET, it applied the newest programming language, C#, to design the software. Combined with Web. Service and data bank system, it overcame the defects in the patterns of C/S and B/S and provided an opening platform. With this technology we can achieve safety,briefness and easy maintenance, meanwhile, shorten the development cycle of the system. This article gives detailed introduction of the needs of the project,overall plan,the function of the system and the design of the technology, tells about the techniques and ways to use the system. It also gives brief introduction of the designing idea of .NET of Microsoft,the characteristics of the three-level structure of Web and other technological advantages, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of C/S and B/S which are popular Web solutions in enterprises.
