Oil Depot Information System Data Integration And It's Applications

With the rapid development of information technology, the information management system has played a key role in every walk of life.It has experienced a long time to develop military oil depot information system. Unfortunately, for some historical reason, most of existent systems are isolated from each other. This problem leads to the disability of data sharing and the inconsistent codes. It has seriously hindered the progress of the application of command automation in the field of military oil depot management. For solving this problem, the critical problem is to integrate the scattered data and isolated systems for resource sharing, especially data sharing.As a result of the development of computer science technology, such as Internet and Distributed Database, it becomes available to integrate the military oil depot information system. The most important works are the data integration, the implementation of the basic criterion of information management, the redesign of subject database, the construction of stable global data model, the re-combination of original information resource, rebuilding data environment, constructing integration data environment with subject database, In this way, the integration information system can be then constructed and applied to military oil depot.This paper focuses on the application of the data integration in military oil depot. Based on the study of basic methods of data integration, key technology and main products, it presents a project for the application of data integration for military oil depot in Intranet network environment.The main contents of this paper are consisted of the following parts:The first, based on the research of basic theories and methods of data integration, explain the essentiality of data integration and its importance, as well as its effect to system integration. Through the analysis and comparison of existent main products of data integration, we propose a construction target for the application of data integration in military oil depot.Second, introduce the problem of hetero-construction data source, discuss the key technology of data integration in details, and then, present the implementation pattern of hetero-construction data integration for meeting the requirement of data integration.Third, based on the main idea of system theory and the methods of information engineering, research about the theory of global data programming, present an implementation project and framework of data integration, which can be applied to military oil depot.Fourth, discuss the relevant data integration technology and methods of the implementation projects in detail. At the same time, we also explain the relevant problem of exchanging real-time data in the control system of military oil depot with the integrated database.At last, the evaluation about the operation result of this secure design and the improvement idea for the future is given in this paper.
