The use of Expert System in refrigeration has much value of economy and society.The traditional Expert System of fault diagnostician is a aptitude diagnose model based on sign reasoning and is a computer programs to solve the problems in the field at the expert level. The Expert System can reason and explain even if the situation is not certain. But the Expert System has difficult in KA.This paper analyzes the virtue and defects of all kinds of expert system. At last Fuzzy Logic and Neural Network are imported into the Expert System. So the Expert System can not only study , associate, but also fuzzy reason . The data from monitoring pass to the ES and the ES can diagnose the refrigeratory fault quickly and right.Faults Diagnosis contains two basic parts: state monitoring and faults diagnose. Device condition monitoring and fault diagnose judge the reason and prediction influence on future about the unusual or trouble by grasping refrigeratory state in the past at now in running, thus find out essential countermeasure technology.Because this, the article describes two parts. The first part obtains the forehead data. It is the foundation to carry on fault diagnoses. The second part carries on fault diagnose, in this part we can finish the artificial or intelligent diagnosis with support of hydropower units database and knowledgebase. This article has clarify the system's main content and total frame, emphasizes on the construction of management system and knowledgebase that is the core of expert system.At last this software realize the Refrigeratory Expert System of offline monitoring and fault diagnosis by Visual C++ 6.0 program computer language.
