Research On The Method Of Software Process Definition PDMWS

In the recent years, the software process technology has been more and more important in the software industry. A good software process has the important effect on the success of the project development and the high qualities of the software product. As an important aspect of this technology, the definition of the software process has become an emphasis of research.At present, a lot of methods of the software process definition have been put forward, but there have been many insufficiencies in them. Based on the analysis of the existent methods, this paper has bring forward a new method of software process definition PDMWS. This method bases on the language of software process definition SPEL4WS, combines the idea of the process program with the idea of the workflow, combines the graphic representation with the representation of the process description language, and heightens the ability of the definition of software process. In addition, this method bases on the Web service technology, has the ability of distributed cooperating definition, and can be deployed and executed on the given support environment. Owing to these features, this new method of the software process definition has the high theoretical significance and practical significance. This method will advance the progress of the software process technology and the improvement of the software process.
