Wireless communications network is entering the spending period from 1980's. With the proliferation of wireless personal users, the various new standards are proposed. Because of business interest and relevant technologies, these standards can't be unified together. As a consequence, it is now possible to envision that the further wireless networks can be assumed the huge and heterogeneous network, where different radio access networks on multiple protocols is co-existing. In this huge and heterogeneous network, RANs must inter-work on the seamless integration and provide the ability to support wireless users roaming across networks. The integrating heterogeneous wireless technologies based on wireless access and software defined radio may be the efficient solution to provide seamless radio connectivity to different radio access networks within a small physical distance. Therefore, numerous papers concerning on the integration of MANET with dynamics topology and cellular network. These researches effort on wireless network model are from the viewpoint of performance improvement on MANET network, which is the extension to cellular network.First, the thesis considers the communication scenarios to provide the access point to study the integrating handover between MANET and UMTS. Second, based on integrating networks of mobile management, the thesis modifies the access protocols of UMTS PS to build the transmission bearer cannel of data and signaling and guarantee the seamless connection of MAENT and UMTS. Then, using ADOV routing protocol with MIP, the thesis builds the emulation model of integration network and analyzes the throughput of network in NS. At last, the thesis builds the global model of integrating network based on the network model proposed by Chun-Ting & Kang G.Shin. And the thesis globally analyzes the throughput ofintegrating network using the theory of the capacity of wireless network proposed by Piyush Gupta & P.R.Kumar.
