Packet transport network which is the core of packet switching and supports mobile backhaul, group customers and other service, have been deployed on a large scale in the global carrier network. In recent years,Along with the explosive growth of service data, number of network equipment increasers, resulting in extreme complicated management huge operating and maintenance costs and pressures; at the same time,different manufacturers of different equipment, closed system, resulting in poor network coordination, can not meet the individual needs of users.Therefore, the important demand of the operator focuses on how to control the PTN globally and use the bandwidth efficiently.Aiming at the above problems and challenges, this paper takes Software Define Packet Transport Network as the research center, and focuses on network resource optimization, SPTN controller development and test platform construction.(1) Based on software define packet transport network architecture,this dissertation proposes global dynamic optimization algorithm.According to the user traffic, periodic / trigger route calculation and resource allocation scheduling, realizes network load balancing and improves network resource utilization. The simulation results show that compared with the static shortest path algorithm, the global dynamic optimization algorithm can improve the bandwidth allocation rate by 15%and the service satisfaction rate by 20%.(2) This dissertation develops SPTN controller based on OpenDayLight. According to the OpenFlow 1.3.4 protocol and China Mobile TTP standard, we achieve the configuration flow of OpenFlow flow table in the process of creating a service, develop service-related modules, so that SPTN Controller can receive the request of the user's scheduled service on the application plane and configures the service parameters on the device in the form of flow table to realize the function of reserving services on demand.(3) This dissertation establishs the SPTN platform, which set up a simple network link using physical devices, and complete device and controller docking. Besides, we test service creation, verify the correctness of the OpenFlow flow table sent by the SPTN controller and the availability of services.
