Research On Workflow And The Application In Enterprise Application Integration

The development of enterprise informationization leaves a lot of legacy systems. It is an emergent problem to implement the integration of each application system and improve the ability of enterprises in competition. The technology of workflow is a strong weapon to implement the automatization and reorganization of business processes. Applying workflow in enterprise application integration has nice application foreground.This dissertation takes the technology of workflow and the application of workflow in enterprise application integration as the main research object. We propose the architecture of enterprise application integration, based on which discussed the requirement of workflow management system. After deep analysis and research in some key technology of workflow modeling, the transactional control and failure recovery of workflow activities, the dynamic modification of workflow process definition, we finish the design and implementation of a workflow management system, X-FLOW.
