This paper aims at the current enterprise application integration products whose integrated ability is bad, flexibility is poor, interoperability is not very well, model lacks the support of distributed environment and so on shortcomings in the actual application. So on the base of Web Service technologies, we propose Web Service based Enterprise Application Integration management system - WS-EAI, which is advanced in loose-couple, low cost, high integration ability, etc. The main topic of this paper is about the architecture of the WS-EAI, it's model and the job scheduling algorithm in distributed environment with multi-event engines. At first, a systematic survey of EAI Management research is given, and then the study objectives of this thesis are presented.Secondly, we introduce four famous EAI managements' architectures and point out their excellence and shortcomings. Then we analyze the shortcomings of the main distributed technique and propose the characteristics of distributed technique abreast of the times. Then we fully introduce the brand-new distributed architecture-Web Service. Web Service is bridge of the various platforms, so Web Service based EAI can span the edge of the techniques and enterprises to model the business process, which are just the shortcomings of most current EAI managements. In the 3rd chapter, we discuss the flexible WS-EAI model, which supports the building-time flexibility. Based on the design ideas and principles, we put forward our meta-model, which includes data model, adapter model, event model, communication model, enterprise information model, security model, registry model and temporal model. We focus on the data mapping and transformer algorithm, adapter model and the event-driven ETR model particularly. The data mapping and transformer model defines the data scheme, the transformer rules and process using in the enterprise application. The adapter model describes how to wrapper the enterprise application into the WSDL, how to connect to the EIS by the adapter and how to communicate with the message bus by the broker. The ETR model defines the pull-event, push-event and timer-event in EAI, which activates the integration jobs through event triggers to implement the automatic data flow exchange and business process dynamic integration and management. Then, in distributed enterprise environment, business process definition is relatively complex and the data exchange between enterprise becomes more difficult. In WS-EAI, we define many EAI events and jobs and use multi-even engines to drive the information exchange and transformer between enterprise applications. We present a job dispatch algorithm in distributed environment with multi-event engines. The algorithm improves the successful percentage of job dispatch and is beneficial to implement atomic integration for enterprise application.Lastly, we applied WS-EAI into the CASCC information integration platform and got some advantages. At last, we give some deep research fields on WS-EAI in the future.
