The Design And Realization Of Route Supervision And Display In The Microcomputer Supervised System Under Improper Operation

Safety is the lifeline of the railway transportation. And it' s important for operation service to ensure safety train reception and departure. The station' s electric interlocking apparatus is the infrastructure of railway train working and plays an important role in traffic safety, transportation efficiently. When the electric interlocking apparatus can' t work due to outage or section for construction closing, a manual operation procedure of receiring and dispatching a train. And this exerts an pressure on train working. The traffic safety of improper operation is one of the most important phenomenons in every year safety transportation conference of Ministry of Railways.Therefore it' s necessary to solve this problem by advanced apparatus.This paper discusses an improper operation of train route supervised by microcomputer. The system consist of three parts:the switch indicator(serves as an subsidiaries), the main communication equipment and notebook computer as the main engine. When the electric interlocking apparatus at station do not work, we can exactly and promptly obtain, the states of switch in route, display in notebook computer by white strip light plainly, and thus increase the safety coefficient enormously and train working efficiency.All works completed by other four researchers of our research department and me. Another partners and me achieved the design, programming and debug tasks of the main machine.This paper discussed the Baita Station as an example, focus on the establishment of the interlocking database, the detail method of analogue display of mimic diagram. And analysis the serial communication between the notebook computer and the maincommunication equipment. The software was made by Microsoft' s Visual Basic 6. 0, which has more advantages in databases and visual interface than other high-grade languages. The mimic diagram of station achieve by this tool , is friendly, audiovisual, convenient to operate. If this system is put into use, operating workers can master the methods through simple education. At the same time, it can relax the condition tense, raise working efficiency and ensure traffic safety.
