Fierce competition in aviation market is forcing the Airlines to enhance market monitor and analysis for sustained competitive advantage, holding and expanding market share. A monitor and analysis system of market operation is developed for China Southwest Airlines based on requirements and current resource.The thesis presents the design and implementation process of monitor and analysis system of market operation.
