Design And Implement Of Frequent Flyer Program Of CSWA

With development of China civil aviation,Market competition become more and more severity.Frequent Flyer Plan has been one of main means of airlines competition.Frequent Flyer Program also become a hot point of airlines MIS building.Frequent Flyer Program of CSWA is a MIS system based on Qualiflier FFP of Swiss Air . In this thesis,development situation of domestic and overseas airlines the MIS,AS/400 system characteristic,data warehouse technology was described briefly,and then the enhanced design of FFP and its sub-systems which have added new functions based on original system was illustrated with major focusing on the implement action of mile banking sub-system.
