As a new technology of data warehouse in data management field, the technique has remedied the shortcoming of original database and has developed the original data environment which has developed unitary database as center into diversified, comprehensive according and facing the environment of analysis. And its marrow lies into it puts forward a synthetic solving schema which aims at the On Line of Analysis Process (OLAP) with many former technical inferences, it is a kind of concept mainly and complete systematic structure under this concept guidance.The thesis combines database theory with practical business analysis, developing theoretical and practical work in software structure of business system, its chief work is as followings:1. Build data warehouse business model for mobile network operating analysis, its model consisting 4 subjects: wireless network performance theme, exchange network performance theme, network capacity and signaling theme, the above mentioned themes represent all the contents of GSM network performance.2. Build data warehouse logical model used for business analysis, realizing cleaning and transforming procedure and abstracting from data resources to data warehouse, accomplishing 4 analyzing snow-flake like model physics design, proposing data warehouse optimizing strategy directing business model.3. Putting forward designing solution based on data warehouse network precautious system, mainly engaging module design and realizing relative module design function.The above research achievements applied to network safe precautious system of Sichuan Mobile Company recently. From the response of the users, the system works steadily in that company, the thesis on the research accomplishments is practical and feasible.
