Study On The Key Enabled Technology Of Virtual Enterprise Synergic Planning And Control

As a new kind of manufacturing strategy, agile manufacturing(AM) which is concerned as a development strategy of manufacturing industry in 21et century can quickly integrate the strength resource from many different enterprises and greatly enhance their adaptation tolerance. Virtual enterprise is an important organization form for realizing AM. Wether in handicraft workshop, or in modern enterprise, enterprise production planning and control is the core of production management system.The traditional manufacturing resources planning system can't adapt to the need of virtual enterprise. In this thesis,on the basis of researching characteristic and emphasis of the production planning and control system of VE, the author study on the key enabled technology of virtual enterprise eynergic planning and control.The key of virtual enterprise synergic production planning and control is realizing the data exchange among several enterprises.The traditional virtual enterprise information integration model( such as CORBA, etc.) require that the client is closely combined with the server .They all exsits partial calculating localization and can't regard whole internet as calculating resources. Therefore, we need a new kind of technique to integrate many application in complicated network environment, WebService is exactly meet this kind of need. On the basis of analyzing above, the author puts forward the method of fusion query based on WebService technology. In virtual enterprise, there are composite optimization problems for member chosing and production planning and control ,which are very difficult to solve by using mathematical model. People have been aware of the necessity of making use of the intelligent calculation to solve the complicated problem. This article studies application of genetic algorithm in virtual enterprise production planning and control system,and discusses the methods and skills of using genetic algorithm.At last, take a concrete application example as the background, the thesis designed a frame of synergic production planning and control information system of VE.
