The only feasible way to be adopted to resolve " software crisis" and improve the efficiency of software development and software quality is to seek industrialization production of software products, which means that software component technology should be used to deal with the crisis. And the software component technology can be regarded as a foundation of theory and technology for the realization of industrialization production.With the development of information technology, embedded systems are being applied not only in the field of traditional control, but also in informational electrical appliances, industry agriculture, commerce, service and so on, which again has made the technology become the focus of study. Thus software component technology for embedded systems has become the major goal of research. However, this technology is only applied in embedded real-time systems rather than in embedded hard real-time systems.This paper is mainly on software component technology based on embedded hard real-time systems. The work can be concluded as follows:Firstly, the paper induces and sums up the research work and the development of software component technology and embedded systems as well as the brand and the products based on this technology, including the definition of software component technology with its contents, characteristics and chief embedded technology. The paper also discusses the development of embedded hard-time systems, real-time systems; especially how real-time systems work with software component technology.Secondly, the paper analyses in detail SHCAN2000 system, which bears independent intellectual property rights, including the idea of the software formation, the central component and the hardware circuit. The conclusion is that this software system has succeeded in writing system code in the hard real-time systems by applying software componenttechnology, which reduces greatly the workload in the developing system and makes it more efficient.Thirdly, design and draw in flow diagram and surveillance frames o f HDPE-CAT production line system by applying FIX configuration software.Lastly, HDPE-CAT production line system, design and development for Xiangyang Chemical Plant in Yingkou has been completed applying SHCAN2000 system, including system technology analysis, initiative design, detailed design, configuration, and system debugging. Now the system has been in smooth operation.In conclusion, we use SHCAN2000 System in practice and then testify that SHCAN2000 system software component technology is based on embedded hard real-time systems. We can high efficiency analysis, design and debug industrial control systems by using it.
