Traditional industry sartorial equipment use the control system based on single process machine mostly. With the advancement of technology and development of application requirement the sartorial equipment of 21 century has already entered the new generation of intelligence industry sartorial equipment based on miniature electron control system. Intelligence electronic design machine combine the machine/ electronic sartorial technology with advanced information technology to realize agility and high performance sartorial process. According to relative statistics the demand number of electronic design machine is beyond 100 thousand at international market at present, moreover this number has a speed rise trend, so to develop intelligence electronic design machine of new generation has healthy market foreground.This thesis did research and investigation on the key problem of intelligence electronic design machine based on the important industry project of Xi'an science and technology bureau — "Embedded software system oriented to intelligence electronic design machine". To develop the intelligence industry sartorial equipment control system and software platform with private science product right by using embedded customized technology and embedded soft component.This thesis introduced the development of intelligence industry sartorial equipment and relative technology national and international. It also discussed the software and hardware platform architecture and analyzed deeply the customized technology and real-time quality of embedded Linux operating system, at the same time constructed the system platform based on the actual requirement of electronic design machine. Proposed the method of design software oriented to intelligence industry sartorial equipment with embedded soft component. We researched the tree types of embedded graph lib, than choose the MiniGUI graph lib as the embedded graph lib of intelligence electronic design machine and realized the clipping of MiniGUI graph lib system. At last, the author introduced the software modules of intelligence electronic design machine.
