The Research Of Customization Of Craft Card And Disposal Of Special Character In CAPP System

With the application of computer in manufacture enterprise, the aided design of computer becomes possible. The application of CAPP will improve the quality of craft document, shorten the producing prepare period and provide a viable path for the craft personnel. At present, one of most important reasons that CAPP system cannot attain to commercialize is that it is difficult to realize the general use. This thesis develops the customization module of process card and the disposal module of special character. It not only makes user customize various craft template, but dispose various special characters, which make the CAPP system move forward toward commercializing.The two modules are based on the operation system of Windows 2000, and use AutoCAD2000 as development plat, VC++6.0 and ObjectARX as development tool, SQL Server7.0 as database software. The thesis elaborately discusses the way of thinking, the trait of function and the interface design. Several normal one-side and two-side tables are abstracted by analyzing the craft card elements and establishing process planning model and craft card information model. Thus the craft card template database is established. At the same time, the relation between the information of craft card and the fields of template is also established. On the other hand, the problem of special character of CAPP is well resolved by classifying the characters and use of DLL.
