The TV satellite of our country lies in the southern sky. It has been invited into a position of contained angle of 52 degrees with the horizontal ground. It relays a complete set of Chinese Central Television's program and satellite TV program of every province.To receive the TV signal of satellites with the satellite aerial, it must make an aerial of receivers point to the position of the satellite. It can make and signal most strong resonance electromagnetism satellite receiver, guarantee it is clear and steady quality for TV signal to receive.If the satellite aerial be installed at sport car body, it will sport with car body sport. If the aerial receiver could not aim at the positions of TV satellite, it will lead to the fact fuzzy or the picture is lost picture TV and unable to ensure the result of receiving to be clear and steady.What this thesis recommend up to the system , at Nanjing Zhongshan group develop and satellite aerial up to working up the device car year that develop. It is that stepper motor is up to executive body which moves the device. The one-chip computer can make the satellite aerial follow the sports and counter motions of the car body through urging the circuit to urge stepper motor. It can make satellite receive device aim at the positions of the TV satellite and make TV receive clear and steady picture.Thesis explain the design and development of the hardware and software of aerial mainly. It also introduces the function of every hardware and software function module. For the stepper motor with moving and respond the sports of car body rapidly, it has studied and analysed that the mathematics model of the stepper motor and the Moment and Frequency Curve of Stepper Motor in this text, and it analyses and study the mathematics model of the bipolar stepper motor in focal point, study theoretically and derive out Rise and Drop Frequency Curve of Stepper Motor ,and actually in running one stepper motor go up and down realization of the theory frequently, and look for out the method controlled most fast. Thesis has also studied and analysed thata step of optimization running of form of the stepper motor to control in this text, dispelled low frequency shake and solved problems of losing a step and has explained in theory that the technology of subdividing distance of one-step of stepper motor impact on dynamic error of the system.
