Most conventional mechanical facilities are machines. They are mechanical facilities in the control of electrics, hydraulic pressure and aerodynamic pressure. Automatic control of mechanical facility has replaced manual work step by step. PLC is a late-model automatic equipment . Its development is based on computer technology , automatization technology and communications. At the present, PLC has become the most important automatic equipment and been applied widely , after the development of 30 years. PLC has hold the primacy in the field of industry automatization (PLC,ROBOT,CAD&CAM). The degree and extent of PLC development are the symbols of automatic level in one country. To solve the problem of automatic potting pastern to electronic horn's circuit panel, a manipulator control system was made in this article. One important part is how to design the automatic control system in this article. The whole blue print, target and its function have been confirmed. This article is made up of three parts of the design. It includes the noumenon (the design of machinery), the execution (the design of drivers)and the control system . It's main functions and hard/software were introduced. This automatic potting pastern manipulator system is in the charge of integrated application of DRC (Data Record Control ) and PLC. We used FX1 series manufactured by SANLING Japanese. In practices, the system is of good peculiarities such as high efficiency, good stability and reliability.
