RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system is a new information science and technology, which involves many subjects, such as electrical systems, information disposal, information security, microelectronics and solid-state electronics, etc. In this thesis, the author uses the IP duplicate technology of SOC, which is the advanced technology of IC technology, to design the responder of 2.4GHz RFID system. In the paper, the author not only completes the partitions of IP in the responder, but he realizes the design of the back-end (exclusion the IP module of RF) IP modules design based on MCU (89C51). In the thesis, the author realizes the software (including programming) and the hardware design of the modules such as error correcting, encrypting and decrypting, coding and decoding, etc. The running result of the programs is satisfied and accords with the request of the application in the practice, all these realize the software design of the responder; at the same time, the author completes the validation of the PCB. All the result indicates that the responder that the author designs has a good capability of transplant, it can use as a soft IP core in the SOC design of responder...
