As a new technology of business intelligence in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) field, the technique have remedied the shortcoming of original database and have developed the original data environment which is with unitary database as center develops into diversified, comprehensive according and facing the environment of analysis. And its marrow lies into it puts forward a synthetic solving schema which aims at the On Line of Analysis Process (OLAP) with former many technical inference, it is a kind of concept mainly and complete systematic structure under this concept guidance.Business Intelligence is an essential element of decision support, which is increasing become focus of database industry. Decision support places some rather different requirements on database technology compare to traditional on-line transaction processing applications. Business Intelligence is a field that has grown out of the integration of a number of different technologies and experiences over the last two decades such as artificial intelligence, knowledge reasoning, etc.Although thousands of business intelligence has been deployed in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) over the last several years, the successful application is still scarcely. The research of the business intelligence modeling in particular area is very important to promote its application.
