With the constant and the rapid development of china's economy socity's demand to inter-telecommunication has increased, meanwhile, people'e requirement to inter-telecommunication service has become highter,and the competition of relative inter-telecommunication industry has become more severe.At present ,china,s Unicom has confronted a very unfavorable situation:market competitive systems have been introduced;the world's advanced marketing concept and managing ways challenge the traditional ones. In order to strengthen enterprise competitive power,enterprises have to chang their concepts,improve their service,taking service as their business developing strategy,competitive weapon and useable resources.therefore enterprise should take customer as foundation and occupy the market throught high-quality and effective service strategy.Under such circumstances,it is very important to establish customer's service system to meet the needs of present economic innovation by taking computer and inter-telecommunication technology as the base ,marketing scientific theory as the guidance.This thesis introduces,in a more detailed way,the background to put forward the customer's service system,its significance, relative technology both at home and abroad,the feasibility analysis of the project,the system building principle,the practical solution,system structure and chief function adopted by the customers system.
