In recent years, along with the applied level of computer continuously increasing, particularly with the level of applied softwar apply cntinuously developping in all kinds of vocation, more and more fields begin to use computer .This paper particularly introduces GIS(geographical information system)development trend and application in the circuitry mannage aspect of communication realm.Because GIS is a newly technique and it'application is not ever so much maturity, its development hasn't a regulation to allow in the each field. This paper based on this kind of circumstance, and put forward the ComGis (Component geographical information system)exploitation method combining with the actual engineering need. With the form of ActiveX piece into visible software exploitation tool, the method if easy. For realizing the management of the network, regarding SQL Server2000 as the backstage database, other terminal transfer the data form the server, thereby it come into being the mode of the data of a concentration management with the form of client/server network. In the actual engineer, user need print all kinds of reports, by comparing several methods we adopt the method of setting in the object of Excel. So flexiblely controlling the table and quickly reading the database are conceivable.Another problem is automatically seeking the route . Former model is complexity, so we put forward the method of predigestion, and set up a model of dendriform network. Realize the automatically seeking the route on the base of the model. It can satisfy the need of users.Through trying the software at Daqing petroleum manage bureau telecom Sabei branch, it proof that this system is viable and obtain certain of success.
