The examination platform of anti-rolling tank is one kind of special and integrated system, the swaying of ship in the ocean wave can be simulated by the examination platform. The platform test can provide the basis for the designing of anti-rolling tank and test data for the anti-rolling tank's equipping of real ship. In the current control system of examination platform, the industrial computer produces the original signal, collects the feedback signals from sensors as well as accomplishes the control procedure, it's a comparative heavy work for the industrial computer.DSPs chip is one kind of microprocessor that especially fit for the operations dealing with the digital signal, and its chiefly application is realizing the various digital signal processing algorithms quickly. The digital signal processor (DSPs parts), as one of quick handling and the most important carrier of real-time application, is suffering the increasing concern of scientists and engineers.The purpose of this paper is applying DSP, the outstanding digital signal processor, to the control system of examination platform for anti-rolling tank, the fulfilling of merits as above stated is expected in this control system. DSP is the ideal selection for liberating the industrial computer from the busy data processing.This thesis has chiefly been developed as the following several aspects:l .The process of the classics PID designing for the control system of the experiment platform, and the increment type numeral PID controller was adopted here considering the realizing of system.2.The process of the hardware designing for the control system. The hardware chiefly contains the minimal system formed by DSP, moreover still includes the A/D, D/A circuit as well as the driving circuit. The DSPs chip used here is the TMS320F240 from TI.3.The process of the software designing for the control system. The package of software contains the PID algorithm realizing for the DSP control system, the program for system initialization as well as the program for A/D and D/A transforming.4.Debug the hardware and software of the control system, to verify the feasibility of the DSP control system for the experiment platform.The result of the platform test of the experiment platform adopted DSP controller has been given at the end of this thesis. It can be included from theresult that the DSP controller performs an excellent performance in the control system for the experiment platform, it brings the superiorities of itself into play and can replace the industrial computer completely to accomplish the control procedure.
