Study On The System Of The Internal Stereoscopic Inspecting

The system for internal stereoscopic test will be introduced in this paper. The system can scan stereoscopicly the internal tube of the measured object, the aim is to test the internal flaws of the inspected object, such as crazing, rust-eaten and dropping of electroplated coating. Because of 3-dimensional stereoscopic inspected technology, the quality and efficiency of the internal flaws test are improved greatly.At first, this paper makes a summarily introduction about the constitute and principle of this instrument, and the main part is electrical systems, then the every branch is introduced. The selection of the step motor and the design of control system are discussed detailedly in the measurement system, we selected the step motor, and designed the control circuit and the drive circuit of stepper. In other chapter, I also induced the lamp of xenon, the principle of CCD color video pickup camera and Multi-function Image Acquisition Card , At last , We made a approximately analyzing about the design of software.
