The Integrated Business Information System of Freight Car Technical Management (HMIS) Railway Bureau is one of the important parts in the development of the Information System In Railway Department , which can bring all kinds of business Information In Railway Freight Car Technical Management information System Freight Car Thchnical Management Railway Bureau together by constituting the Intranet to share the information, to improve the abilities of management and the working efficiency.We mainly solve the folllowing problems in the development of the HMIS. The first one is the source of information. The information in the new information system mainly comes from the business systems various departments, which involved that we how to get data from the business systems and at the same time to ensure the business systems safety in the new system.The second is the system security, which is the most important in network construction. Firewalls are installed to separate the Intranet from the Internet. It forbids ordinary users to access the special LANs. We establish the management of different levels and logs for users to ensure the safety of data and system.In this article the network architecture of Railway Freight Car Technical management is introduced, system technical design of HMIS discussed, two-tier and tri-tier structures compared, and introduced the software design principle and basic function in Grade of depots discussed in detail. Then AEI label management subsystemimplemented and connected to the database of train number. This solution combines C/S with B/S to ensure the extensive suitability of the system, to guarantee the systematic reaction speed and to integrate with the existing systems of the enterprise. And finally some suggestions are proposed.
