| With the rapidly development of computer network,it' s more important to ensure the security of information, especially to the enterprise which uses Office Automation in running. JCE is a new technology which appeared in several years. With the platform of Jbuilder6.0, based on some standard security algorithms, a secure file system based on JCE which can supply several standard security services is developed.The system has such merits as robust, network-oriented, extensible and transplantable.The thesis talks over the requirement analysis, design implement and application of the secure file system, and more, the thesis discusses the principle of some standard security algorithms and some technologies about JCE and J2EE. The thesis expatiates on the following two questions:firstly,how to design the JCE3 file format and to implement the sign and verify of files;secondly, how to design the JCE2 file format and to implement sign when encrypting of files or verify when decrypting of files. When talking about how to betterment the system, we set out a enterprise-level solution model to the secure file system based on JCE. The model combines JCE and J2EE, and it has some distinct merits to the ordinary secure system.Through the experience this system can be used in reality, and it has been used in an big enterprise.
