The signal station has already regarded the solar battery as power supply in the jumping-off with the solar battery had been widely used. Now the distant monitoring system of the domestic solar photovoltaic demonstrating plant can only distant inspecting or timely send to inspecting room with the data acquisition card and can't control the photovoltaic plant. Aim at the requiring of transverse task of the power supply system by solar energy of Baxian Ding,Qin Huang Dao, after synthesizing numerous data home and abroad the distant monitoring system that composed with the IBM-PC computer and 80C31 single-chip microcomputer has been designed. The idiographic content as follows:(1) The controller of electrification and discharging is the optical set in the power supply system by solar energy. This paper has designed the controller based on 80C31 single-chip. It has the function of controlling electrification and discharging and serial communication. The controller can get data acquisition of the voltage, current, light intensity, and temperature expect the seriatim switch. The single-chip makes necessary data acquisition and gets the data of photovoltaic plant to adjust the working state. Moreover it can accept the inquiring and control from PC computer. (2) We have designed the interface of upper computer. Aim at the data, the worker can search the historical records and control the photovoltaic plant; and he can see the current state of working and modify the system parameter. The upper computer that connected with MODEM via RS-232, and the MODEM connected with the public telephone network in the monitoring center communicated with the distant controller. The IBM-PC computer can inspect and monitor the distant controller. (3) We used the counter and timer to improve the rate of success and the system containing error ability and avoid the infinite cycle when we design the serial communication software. Moreover we adopt the checking out methodof addition to assure the reliability and safety of data transmission. Through simulation and debugging in the lab, the system run well and can monitor the states of the accumulator's electrification, discharge and power supply to load. It guaranteed the system running safely at the working voltage, and realized the solar photovoltaic plant's automatic monitoring without person long term.
