The current remote domestic medical ward system mainly applied to routine physiological parameters, such as body temperature, body weight, EGG, blood pressure and so on.. Seldom medical ward aims at breathe system. Thus it is necessary to go in the research of respiratory ward being used in home. This paper provides the method of intelligent information technology using in monitoring and diagnosing system in detail. The background about the respiratory system signal analysis is produced. In this paper, AR power spectral density estimate by way of Burg is provided in analysis and capturing the feature of adventitious respiratory sounds. To classify these respiratory sounds, the BP ANN method is used. The advanced language is inconvenient to digital signal process, so the method of mixed programming MATLAB and VB is provided. In the design of hardware, MCU and DSP are both working together. The former deals with interface between human and machine, the latter for gathering the respiratory signals. At last, in order to realize the remote diagnosing the respiratory disease, the C/S & B/S mode is put forward.
