Study And Development Of An Adjusting Set For The Mechanism Of DVD

The mechanism of DVD is key part of Digital Video Disc player. Many functions must be implemented through the mechanism, such as information recorded and read, disc drived, signal processed and amplified, optical Pick-up drived and servo etc. The quality of DVD player is affected derectly by the quality of its mechanism. The quality of mechanism is mainly asured by a serious adjustment and detection to it except to be assembled carefully. And Tilt-adjustment for mechanism is most important approach to assure the quality of mechanism.The main goal of this paper is to devise and construct the equipment for Tilt-adjusting and checking the mechanism of DVD. A systemic analysis is given for compose of Adjusting and Checking system and for principle and function of every part . Furthermore , this paper is to study the work flow of automatic measurement process to system , include detection of signal, determinant by criteria and adjustment function. The method and step procedure of experiment is given and the final results is got. All of these indicate its overall performance is satisfactory with the requirements of the production.
