In this paper, the merits and limitations of Current-Doubler Rectifier are analyzed and synthesized. Integrated magnetic technology is introduced to solve the limitations of Current-Doubler Rectifier. The paper is help for understand the analysis, design, modeling and simulation of integrated magnetic. In chapter 2, the Current-Doubler Rectifier is compared with the other second-side rectifier. The conclusion has been drawn that the Current-Doubler Rectifier with integrated magnetic is suitable for the Low-voltage High-current output DC-DC converter. The operation principles of half-bridge converter with Current-Doubler Rectifier (HB-CDR) are analyzed in chapter 3. The definition of each operation mode, the boundary conditions among the different modes and steady-state characteristics of the converter under each mode are presented. Finally, the simulation results are given to verify the analysis result. In chapter 4, the working principle of half-bridge converter with integrated magnetic and Current-Doubler Rectifier is analyzed. In addition, the design equation and simulating model of integrated magnetic are presented. Finally, the simulation results are given to verify the merits of the improved converter.Small-signal model of half-bridge converter with Current Doubler Rectifier is derived in chapter 5. It is help for the further researches.
