With the overconsumption of non-renewable resources by human beings leading to energy crisis and tremendous pressure on the current ecological environment and the sustainable development of economy and society,the energy with the characteristics of green,energy-saving,environmental protection,renewable and recyclable can no doubt become the first choice for the low-carbon economy.The development and utilization of these energy sources can not be separated from all kinds of high-efficiency switching power supplies,and the soft switching technology is the only way to develop towards high efficiency for switching power supply.Therefore,the research and design of the soft-switching technology is of great significance to the improvement of efficiency for the switching power supply and the exploitation and utilization of the energy.In order to reduce the loss of synchronous rectifier buck converter and improve the efficiency of the converter,this paper deeply analyzes the soft-switching technology,proposes a synchronous rectifier buck soft-switching converter,and designs the overall system scheme of synchronous rectifier buck soft-switching converter.In this paper,the research and design of synchronous rectifier buck soft-switching converter is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background and research status of the subject,the second chapter analyzes the principle and loss of synchronous rectifier buck converter.In the third chapter,a synchronous rectifier buck soft-switching transformation is designed by analyzing the existing soft-switching technology.The working principle of the converter is analyzed in detail,the AC small signal modeling of the converter is carried out,the voltage source control mode and the average current mode control mode are used to design the system compensation network,and the related simulation analysis is carried out.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified.In the fourth chapter,according to the requirements of the index,the related hardware circuit and software program are designed.The hardware part includes the selection of the main components,the design of sampling circuit and driving circuit,etc.The software part includes the design flow of the system software and the introduction of two main modules.In the fifth chapter,the experimental platform is built to test the system,and the experimental waveform and variation are tested.The correctness and effectiveness of the system are verified by the experimental waveform and converter efficiency.Finally,the article makes a summary and prospect.prospected.
